    Meet Rhonda, co-owner of Waypoint Wellness HQ. A certified Level 3 Soma breathwork facilitator, MBSR Meditation practitioner, and sound healing enthusiast, Rhonda’s transformative journey through meditation, breathwork, and somatic bodywork has shaped her life in profound ways over nearly a decade. Her mission is to guide you on your own path of transformation, helping you create a life you love, filled with peace, balance, and purpose. At Waypoint, Rhonda envisions a space of healing, connection, and community—a place where you can feel safe, seen, heard, and truly valued and you grow into your highest potential.

    Joining Rhonda is Bev, whose six to seven-year journey with mindfulness and meditation has deepened her understanding of their profound benefits. Bev is dedicated to creating a welcoming and accessible space for everyone to take a daily break and explore their mindfulness journey. Bev works mostly behind the scenes and as support at events.
